I have written a document with my settings to fly with VR for Flight Simulator after SU5. If you want to fly without stuttering with ULTRA settings read this article and follow all instructions step by step. 

Very important: Update your Windows and your drivers. Check the last version of NVIDIA frequently.

Your hardware config it's very important. Miracles don't exist. Review your equipment to check if you have the minimum at least!
